Michael Grinham, Director

Mick started working in the industry from the tender age of eleven, assisting his father at the family’s garden center. Throughout his formative years he regularly returned to help out, enjoying the work immensely. On leaving school He opted for work outdoors and took various roles in the areas of construction. Being passionate about design, he undertook a course in 3D design at Birmingham UCE and afterwards worked as self-employed Jewellery Designer. His passion for working outdoors eventually got the better of him and he returned to full time landscaping in 2002, setting up Avalon Landscape & Design ltd.
